My name is Diana Joy and I’m so excited to introduce myself!

I am a compassionate RN, who has been joyfully serving the aging population for over 30 years. As a small child, I was drawn to the older population and always wanted to be their “helper”. I followed my dreams and it took me where I am today. My experience lies in providing hands-on care, as well as management roles in: Long Term Care, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Health and Hospice.

My wish is to utilize my experience and knowledge to empower you to be an active participant in your healthcare. By attending medical appointments or visiting you regularly in your home (wherever that may be), I will respectfully support & advocate for you; help you understand your medical plan of care and make certain that when I leave, you feel confident that your concerns were heard and validated.

I am also well aware of the “non-medical” challenges that we are faced with. Those are equally as important and can negatively affect our quality of life. Most folks want to stay in their home forever and I can help with overcoming some obstacles that may stand in the way of that becoming a reality!

Finding happiness and humor in this busy world is my forte! Not only will we get things accomplished, but I'm certain we will have fun in process!
